John Foggin
lives in Ossett, West Yorkshire. He helps to run the Puzzle Poets Live in Sowerby Bridge and publishes a poetry blog: the great fogginzo’s cobweb. In 2016 he was a winner of the Poetry Business International Pamphlet Competition judged by Billy Collins.
Advice to a traveller was a winning entry in the Indigo Dreams Pamphlet Competition 2017, and was published in June 2018
Laura Potts
is a Wakefield poet, a Red Shed regular (and favourite). And a star. In 2017,she became one of the BBC’s Verb New Voices. The youngest of three writers selected, she was commissioned to write radio drama for BBC Radio 3. Her first piece, Sweet The Mourning Dew, featuring Carnegie-Medal winner Berlie Doherty, was broadcast on The Christmas Verb in 2017 with Carol Ann Duffy and Hollie McNish. Ian Parks is from Mexborough, and also a legend. Author of more collections than you can shake a stick at, His versions of the modern Greek poet Constantine Cavafy - "The Cavafy Variations" (Rack Press) was published in 2013 and was a Poetry Book Society Choice. ″If Possible: Cavafy Poems" is due from Calder Valley Poetry in 2018.
