Wirral Poetry Festival 7-9 October 2022 Port Sunlight. Festival Chair, Kemal Houghton will bring together some of the poetry that has been created by poets who have attended the festival’s activities over the past two years since the start of the pandemic. These have included over 40 free Zoom events hosting readings, workshops and open mics. In addition, local poets have enjoyed several poetry picnics to scenic places where they have combined their visit with writing. This event will be a chance for the poets to share some of the work that grew from these times.
