We meet on the 2nd Tuesday of the month in the Pump Room of the Red Lion in Manningtree, Essex.
There is no charge but it's only polite for members to buy themselves a drink at the bar in the Red Lion; it's a great pub with an excellent range of tipples.
Poets can read their own work but some prefer to read the work of other poets, which can be just as interesting.
We are a friendly group, welcome new members and encourage those who may be new to the open mike experience to give it a go when they feel ready.
Entry: Free but do buy a drink at the bar
Time: 7:30am (Arrive 1/2 hour before)
