New Blog Editor
There's a new, cool editor for the blogs. This should get rid of the problems there were with the old one and give some new features too. Thanks to Paul Emberson for implementing this utility.
There is an 'import from Word' button which should automatically get rid of the spurious characters Word generates. However, for best results, the advice is to input and format the text in the blog editor itself.
There's also a 'Preview' button!

Brilliant! I use the hyphen a lot and it drives me nuts that it comes out as gobbledy gook. Look forward to using it. Life just gets better and better every day...

Thanks Paul,
I've just updated the Dear Dermot section in Features and this system is a million times easier.

Wow! Is that the reason my last poem has such huge text then? When reading it from the profile, latest sample blog?
I always write my poetry in because cut and paste used to repeat it at least five times and i spent more time deleting the repetitions than it took to write in the poem. When using the smaller text though and style options, they don't transfer to blog section as written.
I'll look forward to giving this new editor a try. Thanks to Paul Emberson and all at Writeoutloud for making our experience on the site more manageable and easier to access facilities.

I find calling someone 'Ugly' quite subjective, and a bit hypocritical coming from someone who doesn't even show their own face...

I must say, the site does look better. It's nice to look back over someones bloggs without always having to click on the previous one. Don't think we could do that before - now we can see them in a sort of continuous chain. But knowing me, I am probably wrong and it has always been like that! ;-)
But thanks to the team who keep us up there in the ether, and for all your hard work! xxxxx
