Has anyone seen the new Write Ot `loud adverts on TV?

They are advertising Sharpie pens by Papermate but finish with the slogan 'Write out Loud'.

So should we celebrate the free advert or chase them for using the name without permission - or negotiate a sponsorship deal?

Unfortunately the American company had the "Write Out Loud" brand before us. We couldn't have the .com suffix to our web site name as they already had it. Actually having a .net suffix worked out much better as WOL is much more of a network.
So let's just enjoy the free publicity!

Thre's also the Write Out Loud program by Don Johnson (thought he was in Miami Vice but I'm probably confused!) for people with dislexia! Don't know where that fits in with WoL though??!!
