Promoting a published collection here
Hi there
Is it OK to create posts promoting a published collection here? I'm keeping it vague right now just in case it's not :)

Hi Paul - fair question.
The form seems to be that people publicise their poetry collections in the blog area - also on their profiles.
There is a section in discussion where you can submit a poem for review/critique by other poets. You need to be quite robust to do that, but if you linked it to your publicity, at least people would have some idea whether they liked the poetry and you'd be achieving two things in one thread.
Good luck with your book!

The Word.
One word.
One syllable.
Four letters
The double edges sword.
Two vowels, two consonants
That's right, the word.
The word that's means it all
The word that makes or break a man.
The word that makes you smile
Or that could be your downfall.
Wether it's used as a verb, adjective
noun, adverb who cares.
It digs deep, get in your head.
Makes you think, but yet let's you live.
What's it mean? That's up to you to decide.
The things it does. The changes it makes.
Do you wanna sit around and let it happen?
Or do you wanna be in control of the inevitable fleet.
Take control. Grab the reigns.
Jump into the drivers seat.
This is all said from experience.
This one, four letter word.
It can bring people together,
Or ruin friendships.
The word that has been around forever.
The word that changes it all.
It's all according to your personality and your situation, Wether good or bad.
Wether it's forced, or consciously brought upon.
No matter what, the word will happen.
You can't escape it, not in any city, or
any town or any nation.
It comes and goes as time passes.
We all know the word. Or do I have to spell it out for you?
The word that means it all.
The word that drives you insane.
If you can't see by now can you not read? Do you need glasses? It's all so clear, it's everywhere you go.
The four letter word that is forever.
You can't avoid it, it'll happen.
Just wait. Give it some time and I promise you'll know.
You'll know the word that means it all.
One word,
Four letters.
Infinite meanings.
It's up to you to decide what it is.
Will you let it bring you up, or will this one tiny word, be your biggest downfall.
