You'll probably be aware that Write Out Loud has recently been the target of a concerted and repeated spam attack by someone called Cyenthia, who has then repeatedly messaged other users of the site. This has been immensely annoying for all concerned.

Spam is, unfortunately, a fact of life in the modern world, and while we've done our best to minimise her impact, we recognise how unwelcome it's been to find your inbox filled with unsolicited messages. We recommend that you simply delete them and ignore her. We will continue to put steps in place to block this. Thank you.
