Biography

Mostly a musician, sometimes a writer, a dabbler in rhythm and rhyme. I'm interested in different art forms as a means of expression, my focus is more on improvisation and being in the moment.

Kosmic Junction This is not just music, it goes much deeper than that, it is a connection with everyone and everything, it is a loss of ego, it is non thinking and all feeling, a channelling of energies manifested in sound and rhythm. A realm where there are no self created illusions we call rules, barriers, boxes or borders. A freedom from pre-conception of what things should or shouldn't be. This is not just music, it is about spirituality, it is about being in the moment where nothing is written down and nothing followed, it is about being in flow and going where feeling takes you, a dream, spontaneous, magic, forgetting all you know and reaching deeper to different dimensions. This is not just music, it's about tuning in to the vibrations of people, places and time, just like ever changing clouds, each note a unique moment never to be repeated, an acknowledgement and admiration of flux and change. This is not just music, it is totally improvised, those wonderful moments that can not be planned, beyond the machine, it is from the soul, from the work songs of slaves, call it blues, gospel, soul, jazz, funk or rock, it is still a folk music about you and me and our connection with the universe.
