Biography

Hi, I first came to 'Write Out Loud' when invited by Dorinda Mc Dowell a few months ago. i went along to the stockport venue just to listen , and to support my friend. I really enjoyed the poetry readings and the varied deliveries of each one. They were all unique. J used to love English literature at school ( Many years ago!) I had not written any recent poems, but had always had a love of poetry, and for 'Words', in general. i was greatly inspired at the 'Write Out Loud' evening and then decided to go again in October 2016. I had opportunity then to share 2 of my poems, and thoroughly enjoyed the evening and the good company too. Truly inspired and encouraged to start writing again! xx

Contemplating Walking down the country lane, Watching,seeing in the rain Every step I take leads on Looking back to where I'd gone. Gazing out across the field I think about what is real. Blades of grass, and trees and flowers, I could stay here for hours and hours.
