Hi, I enjoy the challenge and reward of writing poetry. I just wanted a platform where I could post a few poems I have written so I could get feedback and improve them and my skills.

A Love So Deep

A love so deep, I can not sleep. Forever awake in a bliss, endless dream I guess my thoughts are yours to keep Alone again, I tried counting sheep But even in the dark empty you brightly gleam A love so deep, I can not sleep Even as I make my fearful leap, I see you, in the peaceful stream. I guess my thoughts are yours to keep It’s been so long I can’t help but weep And at the morning light, I all but scream A love so deep, I can not sleep My peace of mind is what you reap Such a beautiful image, you unfairly redeem I guess my thoughts are yours to keep Until nothing remains old Father Time begins to sweep, My tired eyes will finally close but for one little theme, I have a love so deep, I can not sleep. I guess my heart is only yours to keep
