Feeling On My Feet
You ask me how I'm feeling now I think as I delay. I'm just plain stumped, and don't know how I feel or what to say You claim that knowing feelings can guide me when I need, a compass which can point out paths where thinking might not lead You say with work I could get clear and someday, in a beat, when asked my feelings quickly share what I feel on my feet.

"Can I Be Frank" is a great title. I have always looked at poetry as good therapy, partly because it helps you search out the truth, and truth is healing.
