Biography
My name is Kassandra Morris. I am 18, and I go to a community college in Nevada. I have always loved to write! I followed my mom and my great aunt whom also love to write. My mom has fell out of her own writing. I on the other hand don't want to never write do to time. I hope to use this site to keep me in my loop, and to explore myself as a writer. I also enjoy reading others writing and can't wait to see other works. :)

Silence The green grass dies beneath her feet, As she holds in her cry to a settle weep, Her heart gets taken by her big black sole, As her eyes change color black as coal, The wind howls across the sky, As her past was all a white lie, The trees turn grey with the fading sun, And she knew then all was done, The time moved slow as the clouds rolled in, And soon all remembrance of him would end, She waits until the sunset was fully dimmed, And once again the moonlight was her only friend.

Hello Kassandria,
Welcome to Write Out Loud, we hope you are enjoying the site and we're really looking forward to reading some of your work. I know that you will be warmly welcomed by other WOL-ers too.
Its good to see that you've already uploaded a picture of yourself, it’s really good to see what our fellow poets look like.
Have a good look around, there’s always lots going on and if you have the time to make some comments about the work of other poets please feel free to do so, it’s often the best way to get some constructive feedback about your own work too.
There’s usually somebody who’ll help you out with any problems that you might encounter, so just ask and someone will get back to you.
WOL is a friendly, creative and unassuming place, so welcome from all of us once again.
Graham & The Write Out Loud Team.
