I'm a mother of 3 young adults trying to get through life and free myself to be my true self.

Left Unsaid There are so many things that need to be said, but if I put those words into action it will be like a bomb going off. Shrapnel will land everywhere hitting any innocent bystander. If kept inside me it's going to fester and destroy me little by little taking me into a darkness I wish not to reach. It's truly hard to express but so easy to repress pushing it so deep until it resurfaces and I go off like a bullet fired from the chamber of a gun. How do you say what needs to be said and pray like hell no one winds up dead or going off the deep end?
