Biography
Who is this Louis Audet? Professionally, I'm an IT programmer in the public service of Canada. Love my career but love the work-life balance this brings. I'm completely bilingual (English and French). Personally, father of 4 kids (2 sets of twins!, god bless the instant playdates this brings), and separated for over 3 years (January 2015). Dating after so many years of being married has brought me to this poetry world. I love telling stories (either fictional or real) in my sonnets. My greatest accomplishment was printing my Fantismo poems in a small booklet for my kids at Christmas 2016.

The poet in me Telling a real story in such a strict manner Getting my point across to a wide audience Is really a hard thing and not really obvious Except I like structure that provides this banner I'm a mad scientist organizing these words Trying to find right fit, rhyming in my pattern To clearly flow these ideas into a bright lantern That might someday explain the freedom of my birds Building a piece of me into a layered brick As a man of wonders, of art and building blocks Genuine in emotions, shy at face to face talks This is my real approach to not become so sick A way to deliver my feelings of my heart I hope you can enjoy, a clever way to start

I had twins first-born, fraternal, and clearly understood the likelihood of twins twice, or more. I said, 'No.' They were the first to survive in three generations of multiple births in both families. A propos of nothing, just a similarity in background, other than Canadian, and poetry.
