Biography
My name is not Parsa Akhtar but I will use this name to write here. It holds significance for me and gives me the courage to share my poetry and writing. I am a nurse by profession; when I am not taking care of people, I am busy taking care of myself by reading, writing, coloring, practicing yoga and meditation but mostly by writing. Without writing, my life would be bereft of meaning. So, I write and write some more to give it meaning.

Parsa,
Your biography says a good deal about you. I enjoyed your poem "in the stillness", and I look forward to reading more of your work.
