A whirlpool on the deepest, darkest side of the ocean Freaks me out, but this is how I feel from time to time On my way down the tunnel like Alice in Wonderland, Only it’s not a tunnel leading me to an abstract Wonderland But a deep dark water hole waiting to drown me I stand on the beach boardwalk I feel the power of the wind blowing against my face, through my hair and beneath my cloths I hear the loud roar of the ocean waves They are screaming my name Grey clouds have fallen before me Their mist all over me Everything is flying around me: Unwanted opinions Feelings. A rush of emotions Negative thoughts Bad thoughts Happy thoughts Good thoughts The whirlpool calls me I stand my ground Happy thoughts, positive thoughts, survival thoughts Not today whirlpool, Not today
