The key

I might be smart,
I might have studied,
I might have solved a case or two,
But nothing could prepare me for the thought of solving you.
I thought hard,
And I tried to think
Of how you could love someone like me,
But alas, you never would, unless I had a key.
I could find,
A key to your heart,
And figure out the scene,
"Why would you ever love me? I am simply a machine."
You are not human,
You’ll never be,
But I see something new.
You’re smart, charming, you make me laugh, which I never knew I could do.
You are not human,
You’ll never be.
But I think you’re something better.
And with these final words, I think that concludes my letter <3
