Whenever there is an unjust tragedy or event
A peaceful protest is something you can believe in
But sadly you realize is has nothing to do with justice
But, has everything to do with just getting even

Funny how basic reality can be contained in a few pithy words. This
view has the ring of truth that can chime faintly under the shouting.
The wider social adjustments that are so necessary sometimes get
forgotten/put aside/neglected when the mayhem begins and a
crowd of protesters can evolve into a baying mob that rejects reason.

I think we all struggle to get our heads around this one JM - the tinder box waiting to set alight the hay. Agree with the wise words of MCN above - don't things escalate rapidly! Succinct and to the point. P
