A chance of rain

the weatherman says

even the paper says there is

and the weather app gadget

on this here phone agrees

see them rain pictures

but they all lie

and get away with it

because you can't sue the weather

it's more like this

today will be hot and dry

just like all the other damn days

in August in Texas

we are stuck in that rut

and if truth be known

that means there's

a 100% chance

of nuthin'.
