Heh there, Mr Politician man
isn't it time you took the stand
stood and told us all the truth,
no spin, no tints, just forsooth.

All these years we've heard the rest
and though you might find us a pest,
recall now if you will,
just who it is that pays your bill.

Now exactly where did all that money go,
and what do we now have left to show,
the economics of every single nation
look to have gone through some cessation.

So did it all just dissapear in a snap,
or was it all an illusion you could zap,
push a few buttons on the ficscal pc
and all the moneys gone from them and me.

Tell us why it's not time for change,
for some better way to rearrange,
the trading between every man,
inject some fairness if we can.

Boom to bust was behind us they said,
but yet it goes on so let's try instead,
to play less games under that table
and deal the deck straight while we're able,
time to make some sense of our society,
it's going to need some new rules of sobriety...
