Members of the public were on a high,

As they passed a strong smell of cannabis nearby.

They rang the police and instigated a raid,

Many plants close to harvesting were found  !An arrest was made.

 

A sophisticated set-up through the whole house was spread,

Upstairs three rooms full of plants,no bed.

The kitchen was the area where the perpertrator resided,

The electricity had been bypassed the prosecuter decided.

 

Over a hundred plants with a value of forty grand,

No longer on the streets of our county will land.

The perpertrator was remorseful in his stance,

Said he was no more than a gardener watering his plants.

 

The judge said,"You were a bee making the honey,

Illegally growing cannabis to make some money !"

The perpertrator in the dock shed a few tears,

As the judge sent him down for two years.
