ithell
When I have a dog I'll call her Ithell.
A boisterous shaggy madam she shall be.
We'll walk in rain and wind and drizzle
no one will dare to stop us, she and me.
Our hearts will race as we climb up the mountain.
No one can catch us 'til we reach the top.
We love the wild the windy rugged weather.
There's no fear in us when we see the drop.
We'll eat our meat, we'll drink our drink, we'll sleep well
when in the owl-bright darkness we reach home.
When I have a dog I'll call her Ithell.
A wild-times friend, we'll never be alone.

Yes, it is a bit short. I thought that, when I posted it. As I say, it's an old one. Can't think what to add to it now, so I'll leave it. It sounds a bit like a child speaking, hoping that one day she'll have that doggy in the window!
Yes Stef, def up for meeting Mr P-S and his hounds. We could go on a double date! But then, if it all went really well, I could end up being your step mother in law!
