MY SISTER LAURA
And so it is
We were given a tree to nurture
In return it gave us life
The oxygen we breath
Recycled our poison
Cleaned the air
The tree grew and is growing and continues to branch out
Birthed new blossoms fresh leaves
Apples pairs
Hydration nutrition
After leaving the pot it out grew
Out of our hands now as we pass it to nature to nurture
Fresh soil earth
Fresh water rain
Pollinated bees birds
New trees by its side never lonely tree
No more the one and only tree
Forever a family
No storm damage alone
Protected
Side by side
Non neglected
Transformation seasons
Evergreen reasons
Victorious laurel tree
Overlooking only the brightest sea
Read again say out loud "That tree is Me"
