LONE CLOUD
I am the cloud
that does not follow the others
I drift off alone
not afraid to be off by myself
other clouds bunch up
finding safety in numbers
they make cloud cover
I float alone
puff out my cloudy chest
blow off the others
I am the cloud that does not crowd up
perhaps you've seen me
adrift in the blue sky
I am that cloud that is always
up there by itself
a little distant
a little far out.

Is this a metaphor of your life . I've often felt like a lonely cloud , especially when I've been travelling on my own , but I must say sometimes its easier to be part of a group all wanting the same things x
