9. Poem

I now wish to live

Not just survive

The survival mode

Has been always there

Since a long time

I now wish to laugh

Not just simply smile

Controlled laughter

Has been always there

Since I was told so

I now wish to fly

Not just go on crawling

Crawlling always

Couldn't even walk

Since just too long

I wish to be happy

Not always stoic

Stoic philosophy

Has been ingrained

For fear of sadness creeping in

I wish to have my family

Not a strange bunch of people

Been an outsider always

Treated as somebody else

Since I was newly born

I wish to excel in work

Not just do my duty

Earning money always

Never felt the high

Since I started doing job

I wish to succeed

Not just simply work

Working hard always

Without any credits to earn

Since the day I started to work
