He went into the morgues when staff had left,

The things he did left our nation bereft.

Many of his victims died another death,

Abused after taking their final breath.

 

The most vulnerable in our society have been failed,

After a number of burglary offences, he was not jailed.

He stayed in his post never got the sack,

And kept trophies to relive every single attack.

 

Fuller's arrest came after a breakthrough in DNA,

For two bedsit murders in Tunbridge Wells, 34 years away.

Hard drives on a home raid,of activities we would deplore,

Visualising sexual offences,of a kind never seen before.

 

The dead deserve as much respect as the living,

But disrespect at the hospitals Fuller kept giving.

Evading capture inwardly in him inspires,

A determination to fulfil his warped desires.

 

The monster of the morgue caused much pain,

We must make sure this doesn't happen again.

To protect the morgues we must look ahead,

Cameras we must install to protect our dead.
