63. Poem

When the night envelopes the day

And sunshine gets replaced by moonlight

The darkness overwhelms the tired heart

Seeking solace in the peace offered by night

Both sunset and sunrise are significant

Playing their beautiful part in the universe

Where the sun commences the days pursuits

The moon helps relax our body and tired soul

Sorrows and happiness are an essential tool

Chiseling the human mind and body too

Breaking and crumbling, leading to an evolution new

Creating a perfectly newer version of us humans

Darkness isn't evil, nor light an angelic thing

What we do during those hours makes our deeds so

To hide our wickedness we try doing in darkness

To earn rewards in light we flaunt our superhuman powers

We are running a race to perfection

A perfect life, family, career and home

Trying our best to mould ourselves

Into a being we dream to be
