TWO MONKEYS IN MY COURTYARD!

entry picture

Like a child she was playing,

playing in her amber courtyard,

amidst the butterflies and flowers,

all sombre was barred.

Once two monkeys arrived,

and sat on a banyan tree,

whose warmth and care,

made her hesitation free.

Free to be her own self,

adult kid in a lot,

feed her with tasty food,

and saved her from barren pot.

One was man of principles,

the other full of life,

their presence was very sweet,

like a honey in beehive.

But then she changed the courtyard,

moving to a greener place,

they got seperated,

but were missed in different ways.

Irrespective of everything,

she will always be grateful,

for meeting the monkeys,

as their memories make her cheerful!

Nice one. Sometimes we move on with life but cherish the good people we met earlier
