These short lines bring to our attention the historical antipathy
between Russia and Ukraine. The reference by Putin to Nazis
is a way of reminding Russians of what their neighbour did in
other days. Not relevant to today but SO easily trundled out
as an egregious excuse for what he is doing now. .
