I am old like the earth

I am slow like a glacier

I am calm like a mountain

I am rested like a lake

The streams of my days

flow through me with no turbulence

My breath is my guide & comforter

There is nothing I fear wrapped in the arms of Life

I am young like a fresh sprout

I am fast like a blazing sunrise

I am energized like a sudden rain

I am happy like a starry night
