A QUESTION OF DISCRIMINATION
Can there ever be real consolation
For those who see "Discrimination"
As a selective accusation?
Elsewhere called choice or preference
To pay the language deference
Without resort to false pretence.
It;s what we say and what we do
Every day, living our lives through
To the time we bid the world adieu.
The stuff of life we select to eat,
The situations we do not wish to meet,
The people we do not want to greet
Choice and preference without cease
Fill our existence during life's lease
We discriminate each time till death brings peace.

Thanks Rose. Logic indicates that any time we say or think "No
thanks" and/or "I'd rather not...", we are discriminating. At one
time I recall the word was a compliment with regard to "taste"..
