There's time for everything

Good, bad, better or worse 

Like a pendulum they keep oscillating

Keeping us on our toes perpetually 

 

There're days for every event 

Some are happy other's just sad 

Like the hands of clock each takes it turn 

Making us grateful and patient as life unfurls

 

There're words for every one 

Black, blue, green or something 

Like a painting hanging on the wall 

Keeping us hungry for colourful work 

 

There's silence for everyone

Pause, blank, dash and none 

Like a rocking chair it's voice is awesome 

Keeping us guessing what's gonna happen in times to come 

 

There's love for each and everyone

For few it easily comes and easily gone 

Like the keys of piano striking the musical outcome 

Keeping us dancing, singing and smiling forever on
