Heather Cook, a regular reader with Write Out Loud Woking at the Lightbox, and Write Out Loud Woking on Zoom, has been named joint winner with Clare Starling of a pamphlet publication competition. Her pamphlet will be published later this year after winning a Frosted Fire First Pamphlet award.

Heather has been shortlisted and commended in several competitions, including Buxton, Ware, Wildfire Words and Shepton Mallet Snowdrop Festival. She also won the Hysteria poetry competition in 2022.
