Bubbles of life
Dreams are like bubbles
They burst when touched
Fleeting and fragile, they appear
So enticing, so alluring
In colors they dance, shimmering bright
A kaleidoscope of hope and delight
But dare not reach out, dare not hold tight
For their essence will vanish, fade out of sight
This world, too, is a bubble, it seems
Adorned with hues, a tapestry of dreams
Yet, beneath the surface, a darkness gleams
Exploitation tarnishes, corrupts its gleam
Love, oh love, a bubble so grand
It promises forever, hand in hand
But when we try to possess, to demand
Its true nature reveals, like shifting sand
Transient and fleeting, it slips away
Love's facade crumbles, a bitter display
What once felt eternal, now turns gray
A slimy reality, in disarray
So let dreams be dreams, free and untamed
Admire their beauty, let them be framed
But do not hold on, for they are named
To burst and dissolve, leaving hearts maimed
For in this world of bubbles we reside
Where dreams and love often collide
Embrace their transient nature, side by side
And find solace in the moments, before they subside.
