The Boy-Who-Lived
His whole being was burning
With self-blame, anger, and guilt never-ending
All it took was a moment
For Sirius to fall
Into the veil
With his face frozen and pale
It was that damned prophecy
That took his parents and Padfoot away
Leaving him behind as a forlorn stray
What was he left alive for,
For being the Chosen One
And then being shunned?
The wizarding world was fickle
And it's opinion not worth a sickle
But it hurt to be called a liar
When he was just a survivor
Cedric and Sirius, both died
In front of his eyes
As he stood there frozen like ice
He did nothing an year ago
And he did nothing now in front of the foe
Would everyone he loved die
Only leaving him with bitter tears to cry?
Was this his fate
For defying Voldemort unafraid

This poem is about how Harry might have felt at the end of Order of Phoenix, this is something that I thought he would be feeling.
Padfoot is the Marauder name of Sirius Black who is Harry's godfather. Cedric Diggory was a Hogwarts Champion in the Triwizard Tournament who dies at the end of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire
