For demons and enemies are but few.
I've learned to manage my life so well,

Shoulders to cry on? I have no need,

No hugs, no kisses craved from your touch,
So please don't bother, don't worry too much.
Imperfectly perfect, I find my way,
Growing in life, facing each new day.

A tough person, resilient and strong,
I can withstand anything that comes along.
No help required, financial or moral,
With friends and family, my support is plural.

You needn't care or think any more,
All is well, as well as it can be, for sure.
But life brings ups and downs, it's true,
And through it all, I'll navigate and endure.
