Too long I've been a layabout

     And lived a life of ease,

In disreguarding discipline

     And doing what I please,

 

But fearing for my future I

     Have formed myself a plan

To make a new beginning and

     Become a better man.

 

No longer will I hesitate,

     Procrastinate or shirk,

I'm gonna have a cup of tea

    And then get down to work
