Reverse Autumn

I'm wearing leggings today

I crunch a dark brown leaf under my foot

My mother pays my rent

Its reverse autumn

I feel so guilty

I ran two miles today

Her father is dying

I need to take a shower now

My siblings are home to help

I have a class at 5:00

I hate it when she ruffles my hair and grabs my neck

I took an exam today, I don't think I did well

She's cleaning out his house now and tells me I can maybe have his silverware

This type of weather is my favorite

I make sure to always use proper conjunctions and contractions

She cannot stand bad grammar

My stomach hurts a bit, and I have a headache

She didn't make it to my performance this time -

She says she is sad she missed it, and I know she is

My father doesn't recognize his son anymore,

She says I look like her

I hate the way I look

She tells me to eat more

I have a headache again and its time to shower
