The Autumn And The Rain
Wearing a gray raincoat, with an unsteady walk,
The rain was so sad and didn't want to talk.
He remembered those sweet and beautiful days
When the butterflies flew among the warm bays.
He remembered a nightingale singing a song
And it looked as if nothing was wrong.
Now autumn melancholy and sadness
Replaced the joy of summer happiness.
The rain came across the fall which laughed,
Covered in the fallen leaves she coughed.
She admired the beauty of the street,
She greeted all the people she used to meet.
The rain took the autumn's trembling hand
And took her for a walk over the merry land.
The naughty rain looked at fall with admiration,
There was so much love in his relation.
The autumn showed him the colorful flower,
She showed him the strength of her power.
She wanted to kiss him under the roof,
By this act her love for the rain to prove.
She kissed him passionately for no reason,
And said that it was the rainy season.
She fell in love with him since her birth,
For his voice and hard work on the Earth.
Now only in autumn, does the rain have belief,
Carefully washes away the dust from each leaf
So that the colors become brighter and shine,
And autumn coolness is intoxicating like wine.

A lovely poem, Larisa. Love the rhyming and the rhythm.
