Like a bad song, they just won't rest
They yap and yelp, and play all day
And ruin your vibe, in a major way!

They're like sticky notes, that won't come off
Reminding you of stuff, that's just too rough
Anger, ego, attachment, greed, and lust
The downward passions, that make you feel like dust

They're false thoughts, that just aren't true
Like a broken record, that's stuck on "boo!"
You try to shake them, but they just won't flee
And leave you feeling, like a grumpy spree!

But don't judge yourself, or get all blue
Just know that you're stuck, with thoughts that are glue
Use your awareness, to focus your might
And reclaim your bliss, and shine with delight!

So be kind to yourself, and don't be mean
Remember self-love, is the key to be seen
Don't identify, with thoughts that bring you down
Just rise above, and wear your spiritual crown!
