The Love Paradox.
In the garden of hearts, where love resides,
Two paths unfold, with distinct strides.
The confident soul, with heart aflame,
Will choose love first, and let you proclaim.
The uncertain heart, with doubts astray,
Will seek assurance, in a different way.
The lover's plea, with tender tone,
Will ask for time, and make you their own.
The cunning mind, with subtle guile,
Will grant independence, with a hidden smile.
The foe's whisper, with wicked intent,
Will lure you in, with sensual consent.
But the true friend, with gentle hand,
Will guide you solo, to a promised land.
