Had just checked my e mail at the motel

 

09.04.11 - 26) A brief break between events

Don’t want things to intense

Time to relax or go for a jog

Even better time to check my blog

An e mail from a friend I almost cried

Told me another friends baby had died

I replied straight away

Saying I’d take time out to pray

For the family beyond

On the other side of the pond

Then to my blog my latest addition

In rhyme another composition

Then it’s off to give it some welly
