Kranp
(Another piece of Flash Fiction)
Kramp surveyed in horror the green flag on his returned report.
Twelve months ago he had submitted this paper to his Head of Section. He did not expect that his HoS would forward it in turn to the Minister for discussion at Cabinet, where it had been approved.
The Report entitled, “Energy Efficiencies: Britain’s Roads”, had concluded that 50% of the country’s road network had an uphill gradient with its associated energy inefficiency.
Kramp looked aghast at the date of his original submission, a date on which he had once looked with wry smugness – April 1, 2010.

John,
It wouldn't surprise me at all if this were true. In fact I think I've heard of him. Juan-Kes Kranp - wasn't there a medical condition named after him? In fact I . . . no, it wasn't me.
Now never mind this Flash Fiction - more rude poems please!
Regards,
A.E. :)
