Prole magazine looks for new laureate

Young northern poet Andrew McMillan will judge Prole magazine’s Laureate poetry competition. Its closing date is 1 March. Prole is looking for a poet who challenges, entertains and whose work appeals to a wide audience. All poetic forms are acceptable. The winner will receive £130 and will be published in Prole. Two runners up will each receive £25. Entry Fee: £3 for first poem, £2 for subsequent poems. Full details
