Kushagarnie
Kushagarnie
Chorus
Kushagarnie, kushagarnie
Baby on your mother’s knee
Kushagarnie, kushagarnie
Eating marmalade for tea.
Buy a rainbow for a penny
Tie it to a tumtum tree.
April showers for pretty flowers
Give them marmalade for tea.
Wrap the wind up in a wigwam
Till it blows a melody
Children dancing, horses prancing
After marmalade for tea.
Find a snowman cold and shivering
Make for him a cup of tea.
Sit him by the fireside glowing,
Give him marmalade for tea.
Chase the sun in grey clouds hiding,
Paint him orange, set him free
Oranges so sweetly growing
Marmalade for you and me.

Me again, Yvonne.
When you first posted this without the audio I heard it in my head not as a lullaby but as a skipping song. If I craptised it on the geetar perhaps I could post as an alternative for you?
Incidentally, the lullaby does it for me!
