EVERYWHERE THE MURMUR OF DEPARTURE
Everywhere the murmur of departure, seeking a new fortune.
I go where Eternity becomes the verdant field of Space.
I'm a pilgrim through the path of the time, under the rain,
I walk, the naked feet on a path of thorns.
I want to be a man who goes with the sword of Justice,
Against the thunder of tyranies, and the flood of corruption.
Everywhere the murmur of departure, seeking a new land,
How many men loose them soul on the cold road of existence?
I feel like this emigrant, far away from them country.
If only we can find the road who drives to the originel patry,
To embrace the heat of the flamme of the greatest presence.
Our death is a mariage betwen us and Eternity,
A sacred union between the ground and the heaven,
I want put my grave on the waves of the great ocean,
To let my memories run away in the foam of seas.
I would to be like Salomon and build of palace
To the height of heaven,
Read on the babel's tower, all human language,
To be like Akhenaton and darken the sunrise.
I would be like Moise and drive all people
To a promise womb.
But I'm just a poet seeking the truth through the verses.
