It takes courage to say yes or no - sometimes..
It takes courage to 'smile and laugh' - sometimes..
It takes courage to be who you really are - sometimes..
It takes courage to even drive a bloody car - sometimes..
It takes courage to both care and share - sometimes ..
It takes courage to just be there - sometimes..
It takes courage to have and to hold - sometimes..
It takes courage to be truthful and bold - sometimes..
It takes courage to give one's love, one's trust - sometimes..
It takes courage to face the future and what it holds - sometimes..
It takes courage to face aging and growing old - sometimes..
It takes courage to face one's death - and sometimes - sometimes...
...there's just no time...

I think it was watching the sad death of two relatives 'younger than me' in their 40's plus watching my/our {Poet Friend Tony Fielding) who I read with many times...sadly die over a 2 year period and seeing the 'Courage' that they all showed in 'passing on'...
As you say 'sometimes' you have to write it down!
