Winters
Dark, dismal, dreary days.
Short, sharply shivering days
Sleet slaked and sodden days.
Days sad with savage chill.
Days filled with feeling ill.
Days grey and brooding still.
Weak, watered sunlight brief.
Grim trees bereft of leaf
lost to the daylight thief.
Rather like this but it feels a little bit short - unfinished, perhaps.

Thanks Chris. Yes it is short, but I didn't plan to add anything.
I do keep going back to things though. You never know.
