Were obliged to yield.

 

But now we have York

(Yorkists - of course!)

Demanding to bury

The king with no horse.

 

He met transport galore

(My - what a lark!)

To make his ghost sore

In a Leicester car park

 

My guess is that he

Would say in terms grave

Wherever you put me

Parking rentals you'd save

 

My remains will bring money

Wherever I go

And I think it's funny

I was worth less below

 

Those who buried me

Had no thought of gain

And I'd like to believe

It would happen again

 

So Leicester or York?

I don't really care

Money will talk...

And peasants will stare!
