There’s a chance to attend a two-hour taster of Ruskin’s College’s two-year writing for performance course on Saturday 5 July, at the Oxford college. The course tutor is John Retallack, pictured. The course includes writing for spoken word performance, as well as for theatre, film and radio; and guidance in pitching and marketing using the full range of broadcast and social media. There will be the chance to write for television, radio and screen as well as in outreach settings such as schools, prisons and libraries. Saturday’s taster begins at 10am. More details
